About Alexander
Alexander Mackoff's practice is primarily focused on commercial real estate transactions and development. He advises clients on the acquisition of development lands, rezoning, subdivision, and development approvals, and the marketing of development projects, with particular experience advising developers of pre-sale strata lots under the Real Estate Development Marketing Act. He also regularly assists landlords with the preparation, negotiation, and settlement of commercial leases across the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island. He holds a law degree from the University of British Columbia and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2014.
