About Sebastian

Sebastian Chern is a Partner at Howard Chern Employment Law, practising employment and labour law for both employers and employees. He represents clients in the BC Supreme Court, Small Claims Court, the Human Rights Tribunal and the Employment Standards Branch, and previously practised civil litigation, including real property, construction and corporate commercial disputes, at a Chilliwack boutique firm. He was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2018, holds a J.D. from the University of Victoria (2017) and a B.A. from the University of British Columbia (2013), and is a Director-at-Large for the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers.
