About Sogol

Sogol Naserian is a partner at Shields Hunt Duff Strachan who joined the firm as an associate in June 2019 and became a partner in January 2023. She advises on labour arbitrations, wrongful dismissal claims, and judicial reviews, with a practice focused exclusively on federally and provincially regulated trade unions in human rights, labour, and employment law, including termination, discipline, collective agreement interpretation, workplace health and safety, and workplace policies. Naserian is called to the Ontario Bar.
