About Ayushi
Ayushi Dave joined Emond Harnden as an associate in 2025, after articling and working at a management-side labour and employment law firm in London, Ontario for nearly two years. She practises in all areas of labour and employment law, including privacy, contract and policy drafting, human rights, and employment standards compliance. She completed her law degree at the University of Ottawa and holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Carleton University, where she majored in law and legal studies. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the County of Carleton Law Association.
