About Landon

Landon P. Young is Managing Partner of Stringer LLP and has practised exclusively in labour and employment law since his call to the bar in 1996. Before joining Stringer in 2005 he practised at a large national law firm. His work spans Labour Board matters, human rights applications, restructurings, and arbitrations for clients in sectors including information technology, manufacturing, entertainment, medical sciences, and professional services. Landon has represented clients before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Federal Court, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and was named to The Best Lawyers in Canada for labour and employment law in 2016. He holds an LLB from McGill University and a BA with honours from the University of Waterloo.
