About Drew
Drew Mildon's primary areas of practice are resource law, business associations, tax, trusts, contracts, and the strategic implementation of Aboriginal rights and title strategies, along with consultation and accommodation, corporate and commercial law, impact benefit agreements, and strategic reconciliation planning. He joined the firm as a co-op student in January 2004 and became a partner by 2013, focusing on strategic negotiations between First Nations, other governments, and resource companies. He has served as a Director of the Victoria Cool Aid Society and Past Chair of the CBA Vancouver Island Aboriginal Law Section. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in literature from the University of Victoria and a Master of Arts from the University of British Columbia, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia (2007), the Law Society of Yukon (2008), and the Law Society of the Northwest Territories (2023).
