About Erin

Erin Thomson-Leach is a partner at JFK Law's Victoria office practising Aboriginal and administrative law with a focus on Treaty negotiations and Crown consultation. She assists clients in the BC Treaty Process and advises First Nations on band governance, Indian Act application, resource development, fisheries, forestry, and environmental assessments. Erin previously worked as an officer in British Columbia's Ombudsperson's Office, giving her particular experience with administrative fairness principles. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a B.A. from the University of Alberta, and has been a member of the Law Society of BC since 2012.
