About Christina

Christina Gray is a Senior Associate at JFK Law, a Ts'msyen and Dene lawyer and member of the Lax Kw'alaams Band who practises remotely from Prince Rupert, BC. Her work centres on Indigenous governance, law-making, treaty implementation, and land stewardship, including Additions to Reserve and Indigenous Protected and Conserved Areas, and she has appeared before the Federal Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal. Christina is also a writer and commentator on Ts'msyen law, treaty interpretation, and the rematriation of Indigenous place names, and has appeared on CBC News, CBC Radio, and CBC Unreserved. She holds an LL.M. from the University of Victoria (2024) and a J.D. from the University of British Columbia (2013), and is a member of the law societies of British Columbia, Ontario, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories.
