About John

John is a principal lawyer in MT+Co.'s Victoria Business Law Group, advising business owners, economic development organizations, and entrepreneurs across manufacturing, retail, life sciences, and fisheries sectors on governance, business structures, acquisitions, and succession. He was called to the BC bar in 1995 and the England and Wales bar (non-practicing) in 1997, and holds an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge and an LLB with Distinction from the University of Alberta. He serves as a director of the Nuu-chah-nulth Seafood Development Corporation and the Foundation for the Victoria Symphony.
