About David

David Juteau focuses primarily on civil litigation, with additional work on workplace investigations, covering defamation, construction litigation, estate litigation, insurers' negligence, corporate litigation, shareholder disputes, employer-side employment litigation (including human rights claims), and professional liability. He has conducted trials in the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Court of Appeal, as well as before various administrative tribunals. He earned his law degree from the University of Victoria in 2008 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2009. He now serves as Managing Director of Pearlman Lindholm Law Corporation. Raised in Victoria as the son of a military colonel, he has been part of the Victoria community since the late 1980s and is married with two young children.
