Eugene Raponi, K.C., specializes in mediation, mediation/arbitration, and arbitration, and is an accredited Family Law Mediator and Family Law Arbitrator. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Victoria in 1976 and his law degree from the same institution in 1981, and was appointed Queen's Counsel (now King's Counsel) in 2009. He has served as a director of the Canadian Institute for Law and the Family, a Governor of the British Columbia Law Foundation, a member of the BC Supreme Court Rules Revision Committee, and chair of the Canadian Bar Association's National Family Law Section in 1999/2000, and has taught at the University of Victoria Faculty of Law. Born in Prince Rupert, BC, he has practiced in Victoria since completing law school.
