About Fiona

Fiona J.Y. Fan is a dual-qualified lawyer in British Columbia and New York, bringing an international perspective to her practice. While attending law school at the University of California, Berkeley, she participated in a business law clinic helping small businesses and an immigration law clinic supporting detainees. She became significantly involved with Access Pro Bono and was ranked among its top contributors in 2024. Prior to joining Haddock & Company, she articled at a full-service firm gaining experience in civil litigation, and now handles litigation matters alongside strata property, co-operative housing, landlord and tenant, and construction law.
