Paul Waller is a barrister and solicitor who was called to the bar of British Columbia in 2006, after earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2004. He runs Waller Law in downtown Victoria, handling commercial and civil litigation such as shareholder disputes, construction and contract disputes, estate litigation, foreclosures, bankruptcy, tax disputes, and personal injury claims. His practice also covers business law work, including incorporations, real estate development, and corporate governance. Waller has appeared before the provincial and supreme courts as well as administrative tribunals including the Liquor Control and Licensing Board, the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal, and the Human Rights Tribunal. He belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Victoria Bar Association, and the Law Society of British Columbia, and is active in the community as chair of the Vancouver Island Soccer League and vice chair of the Garth Homer Society board.
