About Abigail
Abigail Morrison practices corporate, commercial, and real estate law, including residential real estate transactions, incorporations, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, corporate structuring and reorganizations, business purchases and sales, and estate planning. She has incorporated more than 100 medical companies for physicians and dentists in British Columbia and regularly assists medical professionals with commercial and employment matters. Before becoming a licensed lawyer she worked as a real estate conveyancer at an international firm. She was called to the bar in 2023 and is licensed to practice in both Ontario and British Columbia, and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Taxation part-time at the University of British Columbia.
