About Spencer

Spencer Evans is an associate at Crease Harman LLP whose practice spans commercial disputes, construction litigation, and estate matters, with particular focus on administrative and municipal law. Originally from Ontario, he served seven years in the Royal Canadian Navy before law school, articled at Crease Harman, and has appeared before the BC Supreme Court, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, the Federal Court, Victoria City Council, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, and other regulatory bodies.
