David W. Wu is a partner at Arvay Finlay LLP, called to the bar in British Columbia in 2016. He clerked at the British Columbia Court of Appeal before his call, and his broad civil litigation practice focuses on public law, with a particular emphasis on socio-economic and environmental rights. His practice spans constitutional litigation, administrative law, Aboriginal law, and human rights matters, and he specializes further in environmental and natural resource law. He has appeared before courts in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He earned his law degree from the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Law in 2015.
