About Alexander

Alexander McCrae practices tax and business law, with expertise structuring business relationships including joint ventures, partnerships, and trusts, as well as corporate reorganizations, commercial matters, financing, and succession planning. He earned his law degree from the University of Victoria in 2008 and completed the Chartered Professional Accountant's two-year in-depth tax course. Before law school, he worked as an export manager for a Vancouver-based mining supply company and later as a researcher, negotiator, and executive director with the NWT Aboriginal Summit in Yellowknife. He has represented clients across real estate, retail, health professions, construction, forestry, technology, accounting, and legal sectors, and now serves as a Director at Pearlman Lindholm. Originally from Edmonton, he enjoys cycling, skiing, and sailing in his spare time.
