Evan MacKnight is an associate in Stewart McKelvey's Fredericton office. The practice covers general litigation, insurance, labour and employment, and intellectual property. Evan acts for insurance companies responding to long-term disability claims, assists employers preparing responses to wrongful dismissal actions and grievance arbitrations, and represents employees pursuing wrongful dismissal claims, and also helps companies with trademark searching and registration. MacKnight earned a JD from the University of New Brunswick in 2019 and a BA with honours from St. Thomas University in 2015, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2020.
