About Destiny

Destiny Grant is developing her practice in labour, employment, administrative, professional regulation, and human rights law from Pink Larkin's Fredericton office. She has experience with matters before arbitrators, adjudicators, and regulatory bodies, and before the New Brunswick Court of King's Bench, as well as in mediations and collective bargaining. While earning her Juris Doctor at the University of New Brunswick, she served as an associate appeals officer for the UNB Student Union and received several academic awards, including the William Henry Harrison Moot Court Prize, the McInnes Cooper Prize for Trial Practice, and the Lyman Purnell Prize for Wills and Estates. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Association for the Practical Study of Law in Education. She was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2024.
