Kelly Charlebois is Managing Partner of the Toronto office and an estate and trust litigator who leads Miller Thomson's National Estates & Trusts Group. She handles will challenges, guardianship applications, and breach of trust cases, representing high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and charitable organizations, and draws on a background in commercial litigation. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2001 and holds an LL.B. from the University of Toronto.
