About Saquiba

Saquiba Rahman is a partner at PooranLaw practising not-for-profit and charity law, wills and estates planning, and disability law, and has been with the firm since the start of her legal career. She has assisted not-for-profits and charities at every stage of their life cycle, including incorporation, charitable registration, restructuring, and dissolution, and has helped over one hundred Ontario organizations transition under the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act. In her estate planning practice she assists people with disabilities and their families with complex planning, and has worked on the firm's Estate Planning Guide for People with Disabilities. She has been listed as a Leading Lawyer to Watch in Lexpert's ranking of Charities and Non-Profit lawyers. She holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, an M.Sc. in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics, and a B.Soc.Sc. from the University of Ottawa.
