About Colin
Colin Hyslop's practice centres on intellectual property litigation, covering cases across many technologies including the pharmaceutical sector. He started his career clerking at the Federal Court of Canada before his call to the Ontario bar in 2019, then worked in IP litigation at a large international full-service firm and an international IP boutique. He holds a JD from Western University along with a Bachelor's in Biochemistry from Queen's University and a Master's in the same field from the University of Calgary.
