About Lauren

Lauren Daly is an associate at Sprigings Intellectual Property Law. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Carleton University and a J.D. from Queen's University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2025. During law school she was part of the team that captured the Harold G. Fox Cup for the best mooting team at the Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot, and she personally won a runner-up award for best oral advocate. In March 2024 her team went on to take Best New Team honours at Oxford University's International Intellectual Property Moot. She also volunteered with the Kingston Community Legal Clinic on a Charter case involving unhoused encampment residents, and served in executive roles with the Queen's Law Cancer Society as well as the Queen's Law International Law Club.
