About Christine

Christine has over twenty-four years of experience representing accident victims and their families, handling all types of personal injury claims including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death claims, slip and fall accidents, disability claims, and sexual assault and historical abuse claims. In April 2010, she was appointed a Deputy Judge of the Ontario Small Claims Court, where she presides over a range of civil disputes including personal injury and insurance matters. Christine has practiced almost exclusively in plaintiff personal injury since 2010, and since 2013 has also handled insurance defence work in school board and professional liability matters. She is fluently bilingual and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, l'Association des juristes d'expression française de l'Ontario, the County of Carleton Law Association and the Ontario Deputy Judges' Association.
