About Antonino

Antonino (Tony) Licandro has practised law for over 30 years, with a particular emphasis on real estate, corporate and commercial, and wills and estates law. His practice includes residential and commercial real estate purchases, sales and financing, mortgage enforcement including foreclosures and powers of sale, municipal development applications and Committee of Adjustment matters, drafting wills and powers of attorney, and incorporations and corporate changes. Tony is known for his attention to detail, and if a matter falls outside his expertise, he refers it to a colleague who can better assist. He enjoys analyzing each client's situation to propose reasonable, sound and efficient solutions.
