About Angela

Angela practices in corporate and commercial law, representing clients in business transactions including acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, incorporation and maintenance of corporate entities, reorganizations and leasing matters. She also advises clients on employment and independent contractor matters. Angela obtained her JD from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law in 2018 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the County of Carleton Law Association.
