About Frank

Frank McNally is a founding partner of McNally Gervan Lawyers LLP, where he has practised personal injury law since being called to the Ontario bar in 2004. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a B.Comm. from Concordia University. Frank has handled thousands of serious personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents and other causes, including accident benefit arbitrations. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Brain Injury Association of the Ottawa Valley, and currently serves as president of Reach Canada and as a board member of Able2. In 2022 he received the Gordon Henderson Award from the County of Carleton Law Association for charitable community service.
