About Catherine
Catherine practices family law exclusively, with a focus on settlement rather than litigation. She is an Accredited Family Mediator and a Collaborative Family Lawyer who works with clients on cohabitation agreements, domestic contracts, parenting plans and separation agreements. Catherine started her career in litigation before moving toward more amicable dispute resolution methods. She earned a B.A. in International Development Studies from McGill University in 2006 and her LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2009, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2010. She is a member of the Ontario Association for Family Mediation, Collaborative Divorce Ottawa, Collaborative Divorce Toronto, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Law Society of Ontario, and serves clients in both Ottawa and Toronto.
