Employment & Labour LawChris Bryden joined Ryder Wright as an associate in 2009 following his articles at the firm and became a partner in 2015. His practice covers union-side representation as well as employees facing employment, professional discipline, human rights, and workers' compensation issues. He has appeared at numerous grievance arbitrations, before the Workplace Safety & Insurance Appeals Tribunal and the College of Nurses of Ontario, as well as the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Ontario Human Rights Commission; he has also represented clients before the Divisional Court and Ontario's Court of Appeal. Chris earned his JD from the University of Toronto and a criminology degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Ottawa, where he volunteered at a youth outreach centre. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009 and belongs to the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers.
