About Daisy

Daisy Hamilton has a business law practice focused on commercial real estate and development, corporate matters, estate planning, and not-for-profit governance. She assists clients with structuring business arrangements, including incorporations, corporate reorganizations, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and other governance matters, and helps clients with the purchase and sale of businesses, including drafting, review, and negotiation of key agreements. Her commercial real estate work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, and advising on the purchase and sale of commercial properties. In her estate planning and administration practice, she helps clients plan the transition of their wealth and assets. She earned her J.D. and a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons.) from the University of Ottawa.
