About Michael

Michael Nehme practices in Kelly Santini's Real Estate and Business Law groups. His real estate work covers the purchase, sale, financing, and leasing of commercial property and real estate development, and he acts on hundreds of residential transactions each year, assisting clients with purchases, sales, and refinancing of their homes; he also drafts Wills and Powers of Attorney. In business law, he advises on incorporations, purchases and sales of businesses, lending and borrowing transactions, and contract drafting, review, and negotiation, working with franchise owners, restaurant owners, tech company founders, and licensed professionals such as dentists, doctors, and pharmacists. Michael is active with community groups including the Canadian-Lebanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and serves clients in English, French, and Arabic. He earned his J.D. from the University of Ottawa and a B.A. (Honours) from Carleton University.
