About J.

J. Paul Francis founded Francis Lawyers in 1974 and continues to practise at the firm today. His practice covers real estate, corporate and commercial law, and wills and estate administration, and he has spent decades assisting clients with residential and commercial real estate transactions, business acquisitions and sales, corporate reorganizations for tax and succession planning, financing, franchising, and not-for-profit and charitable organizations. He also helps clients prepare wills and trusts and guides them through succession and estate administration. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University Faculty of Law, and after forty-five years as a solicitor he brings a wide-ranging problem-solving ability to his practice.
