About Kathleen

Kathleen Scott Preston practises corporate and commercial law, real estate, and wills and estates. Kathleen's corporate work centres on supporting small and medium-sized businesses with incorporations, shareholder agreements, reorganizations, and business sales, while the real estate practice covers residential and commercial transactions from negotiation through closing. Kathleen also maintains a wills and estates practice, preparing wills and powers of attorney and advising on estate administration. Kathleen articled with the firm and was called to the Ontario Bar after completing articling, holding a Juris Doctor from Queen's University (2014) and a Bachelor of Arts (2011) and Bachelor of Physical and Health Education (2010), both from Queen's University. Kathleen now serves as one of the firm's Articling Principals.
