About Cavina
Cavina Tsoi is an associate lawyer in Filion Wakely's Toronto office, where she also completed her summer and articling terms. Her practice spans all areas of labour and employment law, and she has advised employers across a wide range of private and public sector industries. Before moving into law, she worked in labour relations at two federally-regulated companies in the rail and telecommunications sectors, which gave her a deep understanding of workplace dynamics. During law school she was a teacher's assistant, edited the Law Review, organized a charity concert, and competed in national and international moot competitions. She earned her JD from Queen's University in 2024 along with a Master of Industrial Relations, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.
