About Sukhdeep

Sukhdeep Gill is an associate at Whelton Hiutin LLP practicing mainly in civil and commercial litigation, personal injury, and employment law. His clients include developers, builders, and commercial landlords and tenants, as well as employees and people injured in serious accidents. He has argued cases before the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Ontario Court of Justice. Sukhdeep graduated from the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law in 2020 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2021. During law school he was active with Community Legal Aid and the South Asian Law Students Association, and he volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada to create materials on housing rights for people facing discrimination linked to mental health.
