Class ActionsIrfan Kara is Counsel whose practice centers on employment litigation, corporate and commercial litigation, class actions, and privacy law. He advises employers on workplace issues such as executive departures, contract disputes, terminations, and harassment or human rights complaints. Irfan has also worked on employment class actions, including cases involving Canada Cartage and the Canadian Hockey League. He has appeared before Ontario's Labour Relations Board and Human Rights Tribunal, as well as courts in several other jurisdictions. Irfan teaches at Osgoode Hall Law School as part of its Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop and serves as a director at George Hull Centre for Children and Families. He also co-leads the firm's pro bono initiative alongside the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.
