About Chani
Chani Campbell represents treaty nations throughout British Columbia and the Yukon, focusing on the negotiation of complex benefits agreements with commercial proponents and advising on treaty implementation matters. She has extensive experience in land title and tenure matters and represents the first Aboriginal Torrens-form title registration system, and regularly advises treaty governments on commercial and business matters. She has negotiated benefits agreements in mining, pipelines, and hydroelectric transmission, and before joining A+R advised natural resource companies including two of Canada's largest gold mining companies. She was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2005 and the Yukon in 2018.
