About Harneel
Harneel K. Hundal is a litigation associate at KSW Lawyers based in Surrey, called to the British Columbia bar in 2019. Hundal holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta (2018) and a BA in Criminology from Simon Fraser University (2014). Before joining KSW Lawyers in October 2022, Hundal practised criminal law at a downtown Vancouver defence firm, representing clients in Provincial and Supreme Court, before expanding her practice in 2021 into personal property disputes, estate litigation, and construction disputes. Hundal volunteers with the Access Pro Bono Society of British Columbia.
