About Kevin

Kevin Scott is a partner at KSW Lawyers based in South Surrey, called to the Alberta bar in 2003 and the British Columbia bar in 2012. Scott holds a law degree from the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law (2002) and completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Course and the Canadian Bar Association's Tax Law for Lawyers program. Scott's practice covers personal and business tax planning and tax dispute and appeal work. Scott is a two-time Winter Olympian in speed skating (1992, 1994) and a former world champion and world record holder in the 1000-metre event.
