Kevin Smith is a partner at Farris LLP with a broad litigation practice spanning contentious and non-contentious matters. He represents clients across all BC court levels in public law cases, including constitutional, administrative and environmental matters, alongside civil disputes and estate matters, with an emphasis on charities and not-for-profit governance and pro bono work. He was first called to the bar in England and Wales in 2014.
