About Robert

Robert Hungerford has practised as a civil litigator in British Columbia for more than 40 years, with extensive experience in insurance, aviation, products liability, personal injury, and administrative law matters. He has served as Vice-Chair of the International Insurance Section of the FDCC and is a member of the Aviation Insurance Association and the Canadian Bar Association. He has been recognized multiple times as one of the Best Lawyers in Canada and was named Lawyer of the Year for Aviation in 2021 and other years. Robert holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics (1969) and an LL.B. (1972), both from UBC, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1974.
