About Alec

Alec Young practises exclusively in civil litigation, acting for executors and beneficiaries in will and estate disputes. He also handles corporate law and commercial litigation, including shareholder oppression claims, contract disputes, debt claims, and foreclosures, and advises employers and employees on workplace disputes including wrongful dismissal. He conducts trials in the BC Supreme Court and has appeared before the Court of Appeal.
