About Jeff
Jeff Langlois is a partner at JFK Law's Vancouver office practising civil litigation and Aboriginal law, focused on constitutional litigation, Crown consultation, and environmental law. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and Yukon, the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada, acting for First Nations and modern treaty groups on oil and gas, mining, hydroelectric, and land use matters. Before joining JFK, Jeff practised at a national law firm in Vancouver on commercial litigation, insolvency, and administrative law. He holds an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia and a B.A. from the University of Calgary, and was called to the Yukon Bar in 2018 as well as the Alberta and British Columbia bars.
