About Bianca

Bianca Kendregan was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2016 and focuses primarily on family law and civil litigation. Before joining Horne Coupar, she articled and practised in general civil litigation, family law, and criminal defence in both northern British Columbia and Victoria, and worked as ad-hoc Crown Counsel and junior counsel on a 2022 murder trial. She advises on property division, parenting time, child and spousal support, mobility, enforcement of orders, adoption, divorce, and cohabitation, prenuptial and separation agreements, and has conducted numerous trials in BC's Provincial and Supreme Courts. She sits on the executive of the Victoria Bar Association.
