Dave is an associate in the firm's litigation group, focusing on administrative, municipal, property, corporate, and employment disputes before the B.C. Supreme and Provincial Courts and various administrative decision-makers. He received his LL.M. from the University of British Columbia in 2019, was called to the bar in 2021, and practised litigation in Vancouver before joining Cox Taylor in 2025. He has appeared before judicial and administrative decision-makers in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and New Brunswick.
