About C.

Leah Suderman is an associate at TDS who practices corporate and commercial law, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, secured financing transactions, commercial real estate transactions, and other finance matters. She joined TDS as a summer student in 2020 and 2021, then as an articling student in 2022, before becoming an associate after her call to the bar in 2023. While at Robson Hall she assisted local companies with business law matters through the L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic and received the Max Kaplan Prize in Legal Aspects of Business Planning and Finance Law. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Manitoba's I.H. Asper School of Business in 2019 and sits on the Finance Committee of the TOBA Centre for Children & Youth.
