Donn A.J. Pirie is a partner at D'Arcy + Deacon LLP whose practice covers corporate and commercial law and financing in business and real estate matters. His experience spans corporate and limited partnership structures, corporate governance, shareholder agreements, acquisitions and dispositions, securities offerings, environmental and natural resources law, and commercial and residential real estate transactions. He earned his Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours from the University of Manitoba in 1998 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 2001, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2002. He volunteers with several non-profit organizations, including Volunteer Manitoba, the Kidney Foundation of Canada, and the Winnipeg Youth Soccer Association.
