About John
John provides practical business advice to established and growing companies, integrating legal counsel with the other expert advice his clients need to pursue their objectives. He assists business clients with secured financings, corporate organization and governance, shareholder and partnership relations, succession planning, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial real estate transactions, and leasing. John also helps clients with personal real estate transactions, wills, and estate planning. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1996 and has served as a director of several Winnipeg community organizations, including Canadian Mennonite University's Board of Governors and Concordia Hospital.
