About Leith

Leith Robertson practises in Winnipeg and throughout rural Manitoba, with a primary focus on real estate (commercial, agricultural, and residential), estate planning and administration, and general commercial matters. He also maintains a general commercial practice covering farm succession planning, secured lending, corporate structuring and restructuring, leasing, municipal law, subdivisions, and land matters, advising individuals, families, businesses, law firms, estates, and municipalities. Leith completed his law and journalism degrees at Griffith University in Australia and began his legal career in Winnipeg in 2011 after obtaining a Certificate of Qualification through the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2012, receiving the A. Montague Israels Prize.
