About Adriel
Adriel Agpalza is a partner at Pitblado Law with a general business law practice serving a broad range of business owners and their advisors. His corporate and commercial work includes purchase and sale transactions, real property conveyancing, commercial leasing, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and financing, and he's acted for parties on both sides of these deals, including individuals, non-profits, lending institutions, and corporations. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts from the same university in 2012, and was admitted to the Manitoba Bar in 2018. Agpalza serves as a director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Winnipeg and has volunteered with the Legal Help Centre and the Manitoba Bar Association's Mid-Winter Organizing Committee.
